The jaw crusher BB 300 has a feed inlet size of up to 130 * 130 mm, designed specifically to accept large feed sizes up to 130 mm. The gap width can be infinitely set within the range of 1-40mm. According to the different sample materials, particle sizes smaller than 5 mm (d 90) can be obtained, resulting in a crushing ratio of 26 times. The processing capacity of BB 300 can reach 600 kg/h.

Working principle:

BB 300 is a sturdy and highly functional jaw crusher. The feed enters the crushing chamber through a non rebounding hopper. Crushing occurs in the wedge-shaped area between the fixed crushing jaw plate and the eccentric drive shaft moving crushing jaw plate. Elliptical motion breaks the sample, and then the sample falls under the action of gravity. Once the sample is smaller than the gap width between the jaw plates, it will fall into the detachable collection tray inside the jaw crusher. The continuous gap width setting with a scale ensures optimal grinding and crushing according to the set gap width.
