The jacketed glass reactor is mainly used for experiments such as material synthesis, distillation, and concentration. The structure of the kettle is double layered. According to the needs, the kettle can be pumped to a negative pressure state to meet the experimental conditions. Control the uniform dripping of materials by adjusting the regulating valve on the constant pressure funnel or feeding bottle. Use the heat exchange function of the condenser to distill and recover the reaction products. The jacket of the kettle can be filled with circulating liquid at a certain temperature to regulate the temperature of the material.

● Plug or discharge valve made of Teflon+FV rubber material; O-ring with PTFE protective layer added.

For Class IIB explosive environments, the equipment adopts EXdIIBT4 explosion-proof products to meet safety usage requirements.

Can be used in the range of low temperature (-120 ℃) to high temperature (200 ℃).

It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions, with a vacuum degree of up to 0.095MPa.

The pressure range that the kettle can withstand is -0.1MPa~0MPa.

3.3 High borosilicate glass, acid and alkali resistant, can be used for a long time.

Equipped with quick release valves, it is easy to connect glass interface components.

The mixing blade can be equipped with propeller type, propulsion type, or anchor type.

The kettle cover can be customized with PTFE material; Glass accessories can be customized, such as PH drip.
