The requirements for asphalt pavement design are also becoming stricter, and the requirements for construction instruments and equipment are also increasing. Considering that the data obtained by the original compaction instrument method to obtain the maximum dry density is somewhat different from the actual situation of highway construction vibration compaction. Our company has jointly developed a new generation of vibration compaction molding machine with relevant research institutions. The instrument simulates the construction conditions of a vibration roller and uses vibration method to determine the relationship between maximum dry density and excellent moisture content. The equipment adopts an electromechanical integration control method, with good reliability and simple operation.

2、 Scope of application of JTG3441-2024 surface vibration compactor

This method is applicable to the vibration compaction test of cement, lime, lime powder, and coal ash stabilized coarse-grained materials to determine their excellent moisture content and maximum dry density under vibration compaction conditions.

The nominal maximum particle size of the experimental aggregate is controlled within37.5mmWithin.

1Make a solid foundation according to the size of the equipment base.

2Connect the host and control power supply.

3Press the power start button, then press the up or down button to observe if the motor direction is correct. If it is the opposite, switch the power phase number.

4The vibration motor rotates clockwise.
