Overview
The digital vacuum regulator is an ideal instrument for laboratory vacuum regulation. Connect the regulator to any vacuum pump or vacuum source, and then connect it to any device to regulate the pressure to in most cases; 1torr。 The pressure ramp function exhausts the equipment at a user set rate to eliminate collisions caused by solvent degassing or excessive emptying. Vacuum regulators are highly suitable for large volume distillation, rotary evaporators, and vacuum chambers. DVR-200 is not recommended for small volume distillation or applications involving continuous gas purification. The JKEM vacuum pressure controller DVR-1000 can better achieve these applications.

There are two types of regulators to choose from:
DVR-200
The DVR-200 is designed for continuous vacuum sources, such as oil filled vacuum pumps, suction pumps, or "always on" systems, such as internal vacuum systems. The DVR-200 regulates pressure by opening and closing a valve that separates the vacuum source from the evacuated system. In most cases, DVR-200 is a better choice.
DVR-280
DVR-280 is designed for diaphragm vacuum pumps to regulate pressure by opening and closing the pump. Before connecting to the vacuum system, DVR-280 doubles the lifespan of the diaphragm pump by starting it at atmospheric pressure.
Explanation on Quality:
J-KEM uses high-quality components. For example, most vacuum controllers use silicone filled vacuum sensors (due to their lower cost), but J-KEM uses stainless steel diaphragm sensors. In addition, J-KEM uses customized stainless steel valves with fluororubber seals instead of standard vacuum valves with fluororubber seals.
