Structure and functional characteristicsThe MTAS 80 B/8 motor adopts radial ventilation fins for natural heat dissipation, without the need for an electric fan. The heat dissipation fins are directly integrated into the die cast aluminum shell, and heat is carried away through natural convection. The low moment of inertia design achieves extremely fast start-up and reverse response, with peak torque up to three times the rated torque. Smooth operation without torque fluctuations is suitable for servo applications that require precise control. The motor supports multiple accessory options, including encoders, PTC temperature sensors, and parking brakes.
