Interlayer crystallization kettleUsage characteristics:

The GR series double-layer glass crystallization kettle is a multifunctional reactor. The crystallization filtration reaction is a new type of reaction gold produced by mixing materials, introducing chilled water or other refrigerants into the interlayer to rapidly cool the materials inside the kettle, and then filtering them through the bottom sand core. Widely used in the fields of medicine, chemical engineering, biology, food, environmental engineering, etc. for material mixing, cooling and freezing, and crystallization of finished products. The cryogenic filtration kettle is mainly composed of an inner kettle body, a cooling jacket, a stirring device, a drip addition device, and a filtration device.


The entire glass instrument is made of GG17 high borosilicate glass material, which has excellent physical and chemical properties.

Can be used in the range of low temperature (-120 ℃) to high temperature (200 ℃).

The interface of the glass interlayer can be heated by circulating hot oil, and low-temperature reaction can be carried out by passing frozen liquid.

It can work under normal and negative pressure conditions, with a vacuum degree of up to 0.095MPa.

The mixing blade can be equipped with propeller type, propulsion type, or anchor type.

Stainless steel vertical bracket and bottom support, stable and non deformable, with optional pulley bracket type.

After the reaction, the cooling or heating solution in the interlayer can be completely removed without any accumulation of liquid.

● Plug or discharge valve made of Teflon+FV rubber material; O-ring with PTFE protective layer added.

For Class IIB explosive environments, EXdIBT4 explosion-proof products can be used to meet safety usage requirements.
