1Intelligent wall mounted temperature large screen display instrumentOverview:

This series of products adopts surface packaging modular technology, greatly improving the anti-interference ability of the instrument. It has functions such as display, control, transmission, communication, and universal signal input. It is suitable for displaying and controlling various physical quantity detection signals such as temperature, humidity, pressure, liquid level, instantaneous flow rate, and speed, and can perform high-precision linear correction on various nonlinear input signals. It can be widely used in fields such as electricity, metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemicals, paper printing and dyeing, brewing, tobacco, aerospace bases, etc.

By adopting jumper free technology, the input port has universal signal input function. By changing the internal parameters, it is possible to easily switch between multiple input signals (various thermocouples, thermal resistors, remote pressure, mV, standard voltage/current signals). The circuit board has been continuously optimized in design and production process, reducing temperature drift and improving anti-interference performance to ensure the stability and reliability of the product during long-term operation. Adopting high brightness LED digital display and high-resolution light column display (proportional display), the display of measurement/control values is clearer and more intuitive.

All output circuits adopt optoelectronic isolation, with strong anti-interference ability. It can be equipped with a serial communication interface and can communicate bidirectionally with various devices with serial interfaces to form a network control system. It has multiple standard external dimensions and can be applied to various measurement and control scenarios. The whole machine adopts a snap in structure, which is very easy to install.

8) Dot - decimal point position, range 0-3. If dot=2, the display format is XX.XX. For temperature signals such as thermistors and thermocouples, the large setting is 1, which means the display resolution is 0.1 ℃, and the resolution is automatically converted to 1 ℃ above 1000 degrees.

(9) InPL - The display value corresponding to the lower limit of linear input, which is the lower limit of the instrument range, ranging from -1999 to 9999.

(10) InPH - The upper limit of linear input corresponds to the displayed value, which is the upper limit of the instrument range, ranging from -1999 to 9999.

(11) J1-H-J1 relay alarm mode. Set to - HH - for high measurement value alarm (upper limit alarm), set to - LL - for low measurement value alarm (lower limit alarm), and set to OFF to prohibit alarm at this point. (Alarm reference "Alarm Description") Set the alarm modes for J2, J3, and J4 in sequence.

(12) BS - Transmission output mode, which can be selected from 1-5V, 0-5V, 4-20mA, 0-10mA, and 0-20mA.

(13) The instrument measurement display value corresponding to * under the output of bS-L transmission.

(14) BS-H - The instrument measurement display value corresponding to the * on the transmission output. (See the sixth item "Transmission Output" later)

(15) OSEt - Zero point correction coefficient, displayed value after correction=measured value before correction+oSEt, factory value oSEt=0.0.

(16) FSEt - The range of the full-scale correction coefficient is 0.500 to 2.000. After correction, the displayed value is equal to FSEt × (measured value before correction+oSEt), and the factory value FSEt is 1.000.

(17) Lb - Digital filtering parameter, set within the range of 0 to 30. The larger Lb, the more stable the measurement value, but the slower the response. Generally, when the measured values are greatly disturbed, the Lb value can be gradually increased and adjusted to make the fluctuation between the measured values less than 2-5 words. When calibrating instruments in the laboratory, Lb should be set to 0 or 1 to improve response speed. Factory default 3.

(18) Addr - the communication address of the instrument, ranging from 1 to 99.

(19) BAUD - baud rate for communication, ranging from 1200 to 9600.

Parameter setting is complete, display - End, and the instrument automatically enters the running state.

5、 Alarm

This instrument can be equipped with multiple relays, each of which can be set with ultra-high, ultra-low alarm, and prohibition alarm modes, and adopts alarm hysteresis to avoid frequent relay actions. When a relay is in an alarm state, the corresponding relay's normally open contact is closed and the corresponding indicator light is on. Taking J1 alarm point alarm as an example:

If the alarm mode of this alarm point is set to upper limit alarm (i.e. J1-H is set to - HH -), when the measured value is greater than J1HA, the instrument enters the alarm state. When the measured value drops to J1HA value, the instrument does not stop alarming. Only when the measured value is lower than J1HF, the instrument will release the alarm state. When set as the upper limit alarm, the alarm value J1HA should be greater than the alarm reset value J1HF.

If the alarm mode of this alarm point is set to lower limit alarm (i.e. J1-H is set to - LL -), when the measured value is less than J1HA, the instrument enters the alarm state. When the measured value rises to J1HA, the instrument does not stop alarming. Only when the measured value is higher than J1HF, the instrument will release the alarm state. When set as the lower limit alarm, the alarm value J1HA should be less than the alarm reset value J1HF.

6、 Transmission output

The instrument can convert the measured values into standard signals, and the output form is determined by the "bS" parameter. The range of measured value transmission is determined by the "bS-L" and "bS-H" parameters. If measuring temperature signal PT100, it is required to output 4.0mA at 0 ℃ and 20.0mA at 150 ℃, then bS=4-20, bS-L=0.0, bS-H=150.0. So when the instrument displays 75.0 ℃, it outputs 12.0mA.

7、 Communication instructions

This instrument can be equipped with RS232 and RS485 interfaces for direct communication with a computer. The RS485 standard communication distance is 1.5km, and multiple instruments can be attached. The RS232 standard communication distance is 15m, and only one instrument can be attached. The TXD, RXD, and GND of the RS232 interface are respectively connected to the second, third, and fifth pins of the computer serial port. The data format consists of 1 start bit, 8 data bits, no checksum, and 1 stop bit.

This device adopts the standard Modbus RTU communication protocol and can be connected to almost all configuration software. It can connect to domestic configuration software such as Kingview, Power Control, Century Star, Fix, InTouch, etc., saving users the trouble of connecting software. When using configuration software, the device to be selected is a Modicon PLC, Modbus RTU address type, with integer 16 bit data, starting from 4001 using the Kingview register. Other configuration software may start from 3001.
