At the same time, it can be directly replaced with traditional 1151, CECC and other series products in installation, with strong universality and substitution ability. To adapt to the continuous improvement and development of automation. In addition to being compact and exquisite, this series of products also introduces intelligent functions with HART fieldbus protocol.

Pressure transmitters are used to measure the liquid level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mA DC signal outputs.

The intelligent pressure transmitter can communicate with the HART controller for setting, monitoring, or forming an on-site monitoring system with the upper computer.

The on-site adjustable intelligent pressure transmitter is a new product developed by our company according to on-site requirements. It can be operated without a manual controller and can achieve on-site zero adjustment, configuration, and other operations through button pressing.

Installation position influence: When the sensing diaphragm is not vertical, a zero point system error of no more than 0.24KPa may occur, but this error can be eliminated by adjusting the zero point without affecting the range.

Structural materials: For parts that come into contact with media such as pressure chambers, joints, relief valves, and isolation diaphragms, please refer to the selection manual for intelligent capacitive pressure/differential pressure transmitters. The electrical casing is made of low copper aluminum alloy, and the surface of the electrical casing is coated with polyurethane ethylene resin paint.

Pressure connection: The connection holes on the pressure chamber are 1/4-18NPT, and the connection holes on the impulse joint are 1/2-14NPT. The center distance can be changed by changing the connection.

Electrical connection: The transmitter housing has 2 M2 * 1.5 screw holes for connecting wire conduits, and there are measurement terminals inside the housing. When connected to the communicator, it must be fixed on the measuring screw.
