It can be used in harsh working conditions. Pneumatic control valves equipped with electric pneumatic valve positioning or pneumatic valve positioners can achieve automatic regulation and control of fluid media in process pipelines. Pneumatic control valves are widely used to precisely control process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, liquid level, etc. of gases, liquids, steam, and other media to maintain them at given values. Especially suitable for situations where the leakage is small, the pressure difference before and after the valve is not large, and there is a certain viscosity and a small amount of fiber medium.

3. The valve body is designed according to the principles of fluid mechanics as a low resistance flow channel with equal cross-section, increasing the rated flow coefficient by 30%. The adjustable range is large, with an inherent adjustable ratio of 50:1. The actuator adopts a multi spring structure, reducing height by 30% and weight by 30%.
4. The ZJHPW type bellows sealed regulating valve forms a * seal on the moving valve stem, blocking fluid leakage. The ZJHPJ type regulating valve is equipped with an insulation jacket, which is used in situations where the fluid is prone to crystallization and solidification after cooling, causing blockage.
