This instrument achieves precise temperature control, automatic anti backflow suction, uniform heating, anti boiling, and intelligent endpoint control functions. Easy to use, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. After comparing and verifying the distillation recovery rate in the metrology certification laboratory, the results are accurate and reliable, with a recovery rate of over 95%.

This instrument can be widely used in various chemical laboratories that require distillation treatment, such as environmental protection, disease control, aquaculture, water supply and drainage, universities, research institutes, factories, and mining enterprises. It can be used for distillation treatment of volatile phenols, ammonia nitrogen, qing compounds, and moisture in Kjeldahl nitrogen oil.

Functional parameters:

1. Heating system:

1.1 Heating method: Adopting a bowl shaped far-infrared ceramic heating furnace, infrared radiation heating (no open flame heating, waterproof), the heating process is safer and more stable, with better thermal conductivity. Single hole heating power: 0-800W (single hole adjustable)

1.2 Install a thermal insulation cover to prevent heat loss and ensure more uniform heating of the sample;

3. Intelligent endpoint control system:

Distillation endpoint control: The distillation endpoint is controlled by a pressure weighing sensor, and the distillation volume weight can be set arbitrarily. The heating is automatically stopped, and the entire experimental process does not require personnel supervision, with a high degree of automation;

4. Cleaning system:

4.1 The condenser tube and distillation flask are connected using full glass, with a ground mouth on the outside of the connection;

4.2 After the experiment is completed, a one click flushing function can be implemented for the condenser tube, which is convenient, fast, and highly intelligent for replacement;

5. Cooling system:

5.1 Adopting a closed internal circulation reflux system, with a dual cooling method of cold air water cooling and built-in compressor refrigeration, without the need for an external cooling water source, suitable for continuous operation of large quantities of samples;

5.2 Compressor cooling capacity: ≤ 2000W

5.3 Temperature range: 5 ℃ -30 ℃

6. Anti backflow suction system:

Anti reverse suction: equipped with a simulated vacuum solenoid valve that automatically recognizes the pressure inside the bottle and has anti reverse suction function for the evaporated liquid;

7. Receiving device:

The receiver device is not restricted, and the default configuration is a volumetric flask receiver that can be replaced with other containers according to experimental requirements. The tray can be flexibly configured;

8The internal circulation water tank can automatically add water with one click, and has an automatic stop function when the water tank is full;
