Intelligent electric actuatorOperation:

(1) Close the valve tightly manually.

(2) To disengage the travel control mechanism, use a screwdriver to push the top rod in the travel control mechanism and rotate it 90 degrees to disengage the driving small gear from the counter position gear set.
(3) Use a screwdriver to rotate the "close" adjustment shaft, and turn it in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses against the spring pressure plate, causing slight opening and closing movements as a stop. Then, the closing stroke is preliminarily adjusted.
(4) Release the lever to ensure the correct meshing between the driving gear and the two side gears. To ensure proper meshing, after releasing the top rod, the adjustment shaft must be slightly rotated left and right with a screwdriver. At this time, it can be electrically opened a few times and then closed, depending on whether the closing stroke meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, it can be readjusted according to the above procedure.
(5) Adjustment of opening direction: After adjusting the closing direction, manually open the valve to the desired position (note: the stroke control mechanism cannot be disconnected at this time, otherwise the closing direction adjustment will be disrupted), then disconnect the stroke control mechanism, rotate the "opening" adjustment shaft in the direction of the arrow until the cam presses the spring pressure plate and the micro switch is activated. Then, mesh the stroke mechanism with the driving gear to complete the opening stroke adjustment. After adjusting the stroke control mechanism, it can be operated repeatedly several times.
