Intelligent dynamic parameter detector for contact networkIt is a new generation of integrated multifunctional contact network geometric parameter detection equipment, which adopts German high-precision angle sensors and laser radar modules, combined with highly integrated embedded motherboards, and can adapt to daytime or nighttime operations. It has the characteristics of higher accuracy, long service life, and easy and fast operation. Laser radar is used for non-contact measurement of the contact network, and nylon wheels with voltage resistant insulation are equipped. Therefore, measurement operations can be carried out while the contact wire is live, and it can also meet the requirements of night window operation. During the measurement process, the equipment displays real-time waveform diagrams and measurement data, and can automatically locate wires, supports, and clamps. After the measurement is completed, the saved data can be analyzed using software to generate corresponding reports, images, and other files, simplifying the workflow of contact network inspection and improving work efficiency.

The device adopts an integrated structural design, and on-site use does not require the assembly of equipment, connection of data cables, or installation of external computers. After wiring, the device can be immediately put into use, saving inspection personnel time for on-site assembly and debugging of the device within a limited window of time. The device is simple to use, easy to transport and store, and has a lightweight overall weight.

Realize continuous and rapid detection of the contact network, greatly improve work efficiency, and truly achieve accurate detection of the contact network.
High precision laser radar is used for non-contact continuous measurement of the contact network, and the actual measurement accuracy can be comparable to that of the contact network static parameter measuring instrument, which can adapt to both day and night operations.
Real time and fast display of contact wire height, contact wire pull-out value, catenary wire height, pillar side limit and other data in waveform form; Real time display of gauge values and outer rail superelevation values in numerical form. The equipment improves the previous single detection data results, and the display mode with graphics and text can intuitively reflect the current contact network status.
The device is highly intelligent, and during the inspection process, the system will automatically search for important markers such as contact wires, non support wires, load-bearing cables, suspension ropes, pillars, wire clamps, wire switches, anchor joints, etc., and measure and label them.
Can accurately measure important geometric parameters of the overhead contact system, such as non support, side clearance, and locator slope. After adding the design values of relevant parameters, if the measured values exceed the standard during the inspection process, an alarm will be triggered.
Before the inspection, only the starting kilometer post or starting pillar number needs to be entered, and there is no need for manual aiming or intervention in the subsequent inspection process. At the same time, the device can intelligently determine the direction of the push during the measurement process for accurate data measurement (such as contact network parameters, kilometer marks, mileage, etc.), avoiding the problem of previous products only being pushed forward normally. If the operator pulls the device back, it will cause data confusion or inability to measure normally.
Equipped with feature rich backend PC analysis software, it is easy to export and store relevant data and graphics. Further processing and analysis of inspection measurement data can be carried out, which can be displayed in a list or viewed through waveform diagrams. The data for positioning points, suspension points, and exceeding limits can be exported separately in the form of Excel spreadsheets.
By extending the function, measurement data can be directly uploaded to the server database of the power management information system through the network in the prescribed format, avoiding the tedious operation of manually filling in data.

5. Data analysis
Equipped with data analysis software, the collected data can be imported into the software to directly draw waveforms of guidance high values, pull-out values, side limits, spacing, and height differences. Clear and intuitive data analysis can be carried out, and relevant tables and image waveforms of positioning points, suspension points, and over limit data can be generated with one click, improving the efficiency of contact network inspection.
