Overview

The TVOC gas transmitter series instruments are made using world-class sensors and highly stable dedicated microcontroller integrated circuits, combined with sophisticated soldering processes. II. Structural Features and Working Principles

2.1 Structural Features:

The entire measurement system mainly consists of two parts: the measurement circuit and the sensor. When gas leaks, the sensor contacts the measured gas, and the instrument displays the concentration of the measured gas.

2.2 Working principle:

This instrument adopts a PID sensor, which is composed of a special electrolyte inside the sensor. When there is no TVOC, the sensor outputs a signal that is proportional to the zero point. When toxic and harmful gases are detected, the sensor outputs a signal proportional to the gas concentration, which is amplified by the instrument circuit and converted into a 4-20mADC output with a year-on-year output.
