Overview

The TVOC gas transmitter series instruments are made using world-class sensors and highly stable dedicated microcontroller integrated circuits, combined with sophisticated soldering processes. This instrument can continuously detect toxic and harmful gases and vapors in the workplace environment, and can be widely used in places where toxic and harmful gases may exist, such as petrochemicals, chemical industries, oil fields, oil depots, liquefied gas stations, environmental protection, fire protection, municipal engineering, etc. It is an ideal detection instrument to ensure personal safety and factory safety.

The reliable circuit design adopts dedicated microcontroller integrated circuits, with few peripheral devices, good consistency, minimal circuit drift and temperature drift, and high reliability.

The 4-20mADC current signal output instrument can transmit signals over long distances, with a maximum distance of 1500m.

II. Structural Features and Working Principles

2.1 Structural Features:

The entire measurement system mainly consists of two parts: the measurement circuit and the sensor. When gas leaks, the sensor contacts the measured gas, and the instrument displays the concentration of the measured gas.

2.2 Working principle:

This instrument adopts a PID sensor, which is composed of a special electrolyte inside the sensor. When there is no TVOC, the sensor outputs a signal that is proportional to the zero point. When toxic and harmful gases are detected, the sensor outputs a signal proportional to the gas concentration, which is amplified by the instrument circuit and converted into a 4-20mADC output with a year-on-year output. (Converted to year-on-year display numbers with display instrument)
