1、 Introduction

The integrated vibration transmitter integrates the magneto electric vibration sensor and signal conditioning circuit into one transmitter, which can directly convert the vibration signal collected on site into a 4-20mA current signal output. The vibration changes caused by reasons such as casing vibration, bearing vibration, rotor imbalance and misalignment, loose parts, damaged rolling bearings, and damaged gears can be measured in real-time. The output signal can be directly transmitted to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control system (DCS) monitors, collectors, recorders, or other monitoring devices. Widely used for bearing seat or casing vibration measurement and real-time monitoring of rotating machinery such as fans, steam turbines, coal mills, oxygen concentrators, generators, centrifuges, compressors, water pumps, motors, etc.

3、 Installation

3Installation position: Install vertically or horizontally on the tested vibration point, fix the sensor bottom M10 × 1.5 × 10 screws on the tested housing, and then tighten the sensor on top.

3. 2 Installation dimensions and specifications: If the installation position of the transmitter is subject to high temperature steam erosion, protective measures need to be taken to reduce the ambient temperature of the transmitter. Generally, no protection is required.

3. 3 Wiring instructions: The brown wire is connected to the positive terminal of the DC24V power supply, and the blue wire is connected to the negative terminal of the DC24V power supply. At the same time, the brown and blue wires are also 4-20mA output leads. The connecting wires require good insulation performance and use two core shielded cables.
