1. Introduction

With the popularization of DCS systems, the functions of traditional secondary meters can be basically implemented by DCS systems, which only require a 4-20mA signal input. Our company has developed an improved two-line integrated chassis vibration transmission sensor that can meet this requirement well. The improved model has multiple properties such as small size, light weight, stability and reliability. The outer shell is made of stainless steel.

The integrated vibration transmitter utilizes the principle of magnetic electric oscillator motion cutting magnetic field lines to convert the amplitude of the generated voltage signal into a standard current signal output. The signal output has a misconnection protection function. To avoid damage to the transmitter caused by misconnection on site.

2、 Application scope:

The casing vibration transmitter is widely used for vibration measurement of rotating machinery and other equipment such as fans, water pumps, compressors, steam turbines, etc. in industries such as power, steel, and petrochemicals. The various vibration levels during equipment operation are important indicators for estimating whether the equipment is running normally. Using the PC-Z series casing vibration transmitter to measure vibration is an economical and high-quality solution.

The casing vibration transmitter has a two-wire system, which is designed and produced according to GB 3836.04-2000 to meet the requirements of explosion-proof applications.
