The integrated muffle furnace is a product developed and produced by Huitai Company, which integrates the furnace body with the control part, greatly reducing the occupied space area.
Characteristics of integrated muffle furnace:
1. Integrated design of the whole machine, large screen LCD display, multiple sets of data displayed on one screen, beautiful and elegant, with simple operation.
2. Intelligent PID high-precision temperature control achieves zero power loss.
3. Imported HRE ultra-high temperature alloy heating elements have a long service life and are highly efficient and energy-saving.
4. The heating rate is fast, rising from room temperature to 1200 ℃ in less than 30 minutes.
5. Less thermal pollution, using a new type of ceramic fiber insulation material, the furnace body and shell adopt an air insulation structure, resulting in a lower surface temperature rise. Raise the temperature to 1000 ℃ and maintain it for 1 hour. The surface of the shell should not be hot to the touch (about 50 ℃).
6. Precise temperature control, with multiple temperature controllers to choose from. After entering the holding state, the temperature fluctuation is small (temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃, temperature uniformity ± 5 ℃). A P-type multi-step temperature controller is used, and the temperature rise and fall slopes of each step can be preset.
