1Overview

The effectiveness of these protective equipment directly threatens the life safety of operators, so the detection of safety protective equipment is particularly important.

IIOperation Method

1. Pre-test preparation

Connect the grounding terminal of the test bench to the grounding point with a dedicated grounding wire and ensure reliable connection.

Connect the power cord of the test benchAC220V power supply.

2. Insulated clothing test electrode

The test electrode is made of conductive cloth, and the inner and outer electrodes are made according to the shapes of insulation clothing, insulation sleeves, insulation shawls, insulation pants, and insulation blankets. During testing, the inner electrode is placed inside the test sample and reliably connected to the high voltage through a dedicated high-voltage wire; The external electrode is wrapped around the outer surface of the test sample; Place the test sample wrapped with internal and external electrodes flat in the center of the testing platform. After the platform cover is closed, connect the external electrodes to the grounding electrodes on the platform.

3. Insulation clothing withstand voltage test

1）Connect the power supply of the test bench, turn on the power switch, press the start button, and the tabletop cover will open.

2）Wrap the test sample with suitable internal and external electrodes and place it flat in the center of the testing platform.

3）Ensure reliable contact between the electrode at one end of the high-voltage wire and the inner electrode, and check if the upper and lower grounding electrode connections are secure.

4）Press the close button to close the tabletop cover.

5）Apply high voltage between the inner and outer electrodes according to the test requirements for withstand voltage testing.

6）After the experiment is completed, press the open button to open the upper cover and remove the test sample.

4. Insulation blanket withstand voltage test

When conducting this experiment, the grounding wire of the upper grounding electrode should be removed, and the upper grounding electrode should be connected to the high-voltage wire as the high-voltage input terminal.

1）Connect the power supply of the test bench, turn on the power switch, press the start button, and the tabletop cover will open.

2）Test the insulation blanket electrode and the tested insulation blanket according to the diagramPlace 5 flat in the center of the testing platform.

3）Reliable connection between high-voltage wires and upper cover electrodes.

4）Press the close button to close the tabletop cover.

5）Apply high voltage according to the test requirements for withstand voltage testing.

6）After the experiment is completed, press the open button to open the upper cover and remove the test sample.
