I. Overview

Suitable for measuring the drop point of lubricating grease over a wide temperature range.

The aluminum bath heating adopts a digital temperature controller for temperature control, with a constant temperature, and has the characteristics of small size, reasonable structure, and easy operation.

IIICharacteristics and main functions

1)Drop point testerIt consists of a metal bath, temperature controller, lighting device, drip point measuring device, etc.

2) The instrument adopts a new digital temperature controller to control the power supply of the heating tube through a solid-state regulator, thereby controlling the temperature of the metal bath.

3) The instrument is equipped with lighting for easy observation of the test results of each hole.

4、 Installation and Debugging

1. After unpacking the instrument, check whether the components are complete and whether there is any damage according to the product packing list.

2. Connect the instrument to the power supply and ensure that the instrument casing is reliably grounded. Turn on the power switch, the temperature control meter should display normally, and the aluminum bath heating should be normal. Turn on the lighting switch and observe that the lamp is emitting light normally.

3. During the experiment, insert the thermometer into the thermometer socket, turn on the power switch, and use the temperature control meter to set the required temperature for heating the aluminum bath.

4. When the temperature reaches the set temperature and remains constant, follow the operating steps in the test method.
