Precautions for using liquid vortex flowmeter:
IfVortex FlowmeterIf there are viscous particles in the measured fluid, they will gradually accumulate on the upstream surface of the vortex generator in the flowmeter, causing changes in its shape and flow coefficient. Therefore, attention should be paid to cleaning during the process. The influence of temperature changes on the geometric changes of the measuring body consists of two parts: one is caused by changes in the width of the vortex generating body, and the other is caused by changes in the internal flow of the pipeline. As a result, we have made adjustments to the K coefficient. Some vortex flowmeters have implemented fixed temperature correction and real-time temperature correction to effectively avoid the impact of temperature.
Advantages and disadvantages of liquid vortex flowmeter:
1) Not suitable for measuring fluid flow rates below Reynolds number.
2) The straight pipe section should be longer. Because the "vortex flowmeter" is a velocity flowmeter, the stability of vortex separation is affected by the velocity distribution, so it is necessary for straight pipe sections.
3) The instrument coefficient is relatively low compared to similar measuring instruments.

Installation specification for liquid vortex gas flowmeter:
1) Ensure that the flow meter measures at full capacity.
2) Suggest the flowmeter to be vertical, allowing the liquid to pass through the instrument from bottom to top.
3) The flowmeter is installed throughout the high-pressure zone to ensure a certain back pressure.
4) Ensure the required front and rear straight pipe sections for the flowmeter.
5) The flowmeter should be installed downstream of the pump and upstream of the valve.
6) The inner diameter of the pipeline must be slightly larger than 2mm or equal to the inner diameter of the flow meter.
(7) Pay attention to the instruments when measuring steam.
