The blasting disc device consists of two parts: the blasting disc and the clamp. The bursting disc device is a pressure relief device that cannot be repeatedly closed. It is activated by static pressure at the inlet and releases pressure through the rupture of the pressure film. When the pressure difference on both sides of the bursting disc reaches a predetermined value at the set bursting temperature, the bursting disc can move (rupture or detach) and release fluid.

Applicable locations for explosive discs

(1) The working medium inside pressure vessels or pipelines has viscosity or is prone to crystallization and polymerization, which can easily cause the safety valve disc and base to stick or block the safety valve;

(2) The chemical reaction of materials inside the pressure vessel may cause a sudden increase in pressure inside the vessel, and the safety valve cannot be opened in time to release the pressure;

(3) The working medium inside pressure vessels or pipelines is gas or expensive gas, and the use of safety valves may result in environmental pollution and waste due to leakage;

(4) The location where pressure vessels and pressure pipelines are required to be fully released or fully released;

(5) Other locations that are not suitable for safety valves but are suitable for bursting discs.
