High pressure vortex blowerThe working principle of injection molding machinery is mainly based on the theory of regeneration (vortex), which repeatedly compresses and accelerates the gas through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, thereby generating high-pressure airflow. The core mechanism is as follows:

Gas suction and compression: When the impeller rotates, the air between the blades moves towards the edge of the impeller under centrifugal force and is squeezed into the side groove of the pump body; After being compressed in the side groove, the gas returns to the impeller channel again and undergoes a new round of acceleration and compression.

Spiral cycle boosting: The gas circulates multiple times along a spiral track between the impeller and the side groove. With each pass through the impeller, the pressure and kinetic energy are further increased, and finally efficiently squeezed out in the narrowed area at the outlet, forming a high-pressure, low pulsation airflow.

Oil free clean output: Due to the isolation of the impeller from components such as bearings and motors, and the absence of oil lubrication entering the gas path during operation, the output gas can be ensured to be clean and pollution-free, making it suitable for injection molding processes that require high environmental cleanliness.

This principle enables the high-pressure blower to achieve the following key functions on the injection molding machine:

Raw material conveying (vacuum suction): Using negative pressure to automatically suck plastic particles from the storage bin into the injection molding machine hopper, achieving automated feeding.

Mold cooling: By forcing airflow to accelerate mold heat dissipation, the cooling cycle is shortened, and production efficiency is improved.

Demoulding assistance: After opening the mold, the air flow is sprayed to help the product detach from the mold, especially suitable for thin-walled or complex structural parts.

Waste recycling: Collect flying edges and debris through negative pressure adsorption, transport them to the recycling system, and keep the work area clean.

This type of fan usually adopts a single-stage or two-stage impeller design, with a pressure range of 10-230 kPa and an air volume of 40-2050 m ³/h. It has the characteristics of IP55 protection level, F-class insulation, low noise (<70 dB), and is suitable for industrial scenarios such as injection molding.

After installation, the blower should be manually rotated first before starting to check for any abnormal collisions or friction, whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct, and whether the inlet and outlet valves are in a low flow state.

2. During the operation of the fan, attention should be paid to whether there are any abnormal sounds, oil leaks, abnormal vibrations, high bearing temperature, excessive motor current, loose feet, or other abnormal phenomena inside the fan and motor, and they should be eliminated in a timely manner.

3. After 5000 hours of use, the bearing grease of the fresh air fan should be replaced.

4. Maintenance: When inspecting the casing, first loosen the screws on the horizontal split surface, open the upper half of the casing and the upper covers of the bearing boxes on both sides, and remove the rotor to repair the rotor or casing. During maintenance, special attention should be paid to whether the impeller blades are broken, whether there are cracks, and whether the main shaft is bent. Before installing and dismantling the machine casing, it is necessary to be careful to avoid damaging the rotor due to the swinging of the upper half of the casing during the installation and dismantling process.

5. During the shutdown period of the fan, the inlet and outlet of the fan should be covered properly to prevent debris from falling into the fan cavity and causing accidents.

6. The fan needs to be inspected every six months to remove dust and oil stains from the fan flow channel.
