During maintenance, special attention should be paid to whether the impeller blades are broken, whether there are cracks, and whether the main shaft is bent. Before installing and dismantling the machine casing, it is necessary to be careful to avoid damaging the rotor due to the swinging of the upper half of the casing during the installation and dismantling process.

5. During the shutdown period of the fan, the inlet and outlet of the fan should be covered properly to prevent debris from falling into the fan cavity and causing accidents.

6. The fan needs to be inspected every six months to remove dust and oil stains from the fan flow channel.
