The MX-100 infrared photometer is not only suitable for monitoring the content of petroleum (mineral oil), animal and vegetable oils, and total oil in various water bodies and soils such as surface water, groundwater, seawater, domestic water, and industrial wastewater, but also recommended by the national standard for monitoring the oil content in flue gas (cooking fumes in the catering industry).

1、 Product Introduction

1MX-100 modelInfrared spectrophotometerIt is not only suitable for monitoring the content of petroleum (mineral oil), animal and vegetable oils, and total oil in various water bodies and soils such as surface water, groundwater, seawater, domestic water, and industrial wastewater, but also recommended by the national standard for monitoring the oil content of flue gas (cooking fume) in the catering industry. In addition, it can also be used for purity detection of organic reagents and measurement of the total amount and amount of organic compounds containing various C-H bonds.

3. The MX-100 infrared spectrophotometer uses infrared spectrophotometry for measurement. After scanning the sample spectrum, it can display and print the sample spectrum and the wavenumber position of the absorption peak. It can quickly and accurately measure the total content of oil concentration in water.

2、 Product parameters

1. Method detection limit: When the sample volume is 500ml and the extraction solution volume is 50ml, the detection limit is 0.06mg/L;

2. Instrument detection limit: DL ≤ 0.04mg/L (3 times SD of 11 measurements of tetrachloroethylene blank solution);

3. Wave number accuracy and repeatability: ± 0.5cm-1. Using automatic positioning calibration, oil samples above 30mg/L are automatically calibrated at 2930cm-1, 2960cm-1, and 3030cm-1, eliminating the influence of human positioning;

4. Repeatability: RSD ≤ 0.6% for 11 measurements of 30-40mg/L oil standard samples. The instrument's optical and electrical systems are self-contained and highly integrated, thereby improving the reliability and repeatability of the instrument;

6. Correction coefficient accuracy: Take an appropriate amount of petroleum standard solution, prepare an appropriate concentration of petroleum standard solution using tetrachloroethylene as the solvent, and measure it using the same steps as the sample, with an error of ± 10%;
