The digestion time and temperature can be set. After digestion is completed, the instrument automatically stops heating and can be left unattended.

The digester consists of a front panel, heater, etc. The heating furnace can digest 16 samples at once.

Temperature display window: displays the current temperature value or temperature set value of the heater.

Time display window: displays the timing time and set time value.

Temperature control range: 160 ℃~185 ℃, temperature control accuracy: ± 2 ℃ (temperature control range can be adjusted from room temperature to 200 ℃ according to user requirements).

Temperature setting: The preset temperature of the heater is 165 ℃. Pressing the setting button can change the temperature setting value. After pressing the start button, the digester starts heating. The digestion temperature setting range is 160 ℃ to 185 ℃, and the temperature is increased by 5 ℃ every time the setting key is pressed.

Time setting: The preset time value is 15 minutes. Press the timer button to change the time setting value. After pressing the timer button, the timer function will be activated. The time setting range is from 10 minutes to 150 minutes. Each time the timer button is pressed, the time increases by 5 minutes. When it reaches 150 minutes, it automatically jumps to 10 minutes.

Suggest heating the COD digester in a fume hood. Otherwise, it is recommended to cover the protective cover during heating.
