Its working principle is to continuously collide and rub the grinding ball and sample through high-speed rotation in a vacuum environment, thereby achieving the effect of grinding and mixing.


Grinding kit for special applications - wet grinding and under inert gas

The grinding tank for special applications is equipped with a safety sealing device, which has good air tightness and dust resistance, so that the excessive pressure generated during and after the grinding process will not be easily released. In addition, the grinding tank is equipped with temperature and pressure monitoring devices, which can monitor the processes and reactions that occur inside the grinding tank during grinding.


Working Principle:

The grinding tank of the planetary ball mill is designed to be eccentric relative to the bottom sun gear. The grinding jar rotates on its own axis, opposite to the direction of rotation of the sun gear. When the grinding ball and grinding tank move together, they are affected by the superposition of rotational bias force, which generates high energy and crushes the sample.

Meanwhile, in a vacuum environment, due to the thin air, oxidation reactions and gas production can be reduced, thereby ensuring the purity and quality of the sample.
