1、 Core Definition and Classification

-Fire prevention mechanism: using organic resin as the base material, combined with carbon source, acid source, and gas source (expansion system); When exposed to fire (about 120-200 ℃), a chemical reaction occurs, rapidly expanding to form a porous carbide layer 10-50 times thicker than the original, blocking heat conduction and oxygen contact, and prolonging the fire resistance time of steel components.

-Coating classification (by thickness)

-Ultra thin type: ≤ 3mm, good decorative, suitable for exposed components, fire resistance limit 0.5-1.5h

-Thin: 3-7mm, balancing fire resistance and decoration, suitable for load-bearing components, with a fire resistance limit of 1.0-2.5h

3、 Performance characteristics

-Highly decorative: The coating is flat and smooth, and can be adjusted to multiple colors, suitable for indoor decoration

-Convenient construction: brush coating/roll coating/spray coating are all available, with controllable single coating amount and short construction period

-Environmental safety: water-based formula, low VOC, no pungent odor, suitable for enclosed spaces

-Good adhesion: tightly bonded with steel, adaptable to slight deformation, not easy to crack or peel off

4、 Scope of application

-Typical scenarios: Indoor exposed or semi exposed steel components (steel columns, steel beams, trusses, floor slabs, etc.) in commercial complexes, office buildings, airports, sports venues, industrial plants, stations, underground garages, etc

-Not suitable for outdoor environments with no obstruction, strong corrosion, high temperature and humidity (such as bathrooms), etc

5、 Key points for construction and storage

1. Substrate treatment: rust removal up to Sa2.5 or St3 level, removal of oil stains and floating dust, and application of matching primer

2. Construction environment: temperature 5-35 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%, avoid rainy/condensation construction

3. Coating control: The first dry film should be 0.3-0.5mm, with an interval of 4-8 hours (after surface drying) before applying the next coat; Each subsequent layer should be 0.5-0.8mm until the design thickness is reached

4. Storage conditions: Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 6-12 months, avoiding freezing
