threeOrganization and supply of lining repair materials

Imported polyester felt lining repair materials are selected, and the repair materials are customized and processed in the factory according to comprehensive indicators such as pipe diameter size and internal corrosion condition detected. The materials are mixed with resin and soaked with rubber in a temporary factory near the construction site, and then transported to the construction site.

1. Resin mixing ingredients

The main materials used in this process are unsaturated resin, initiator, filler, accelerator, curing agent, polymerization inhibitor, and additives. The physical and chemical properties of the main material unsaturated resin are specially designed. Other ingredients are provided directly by professional companies based on the characteristics requirements of the resin and the repair process.

Resin (PALATAL), initiator (LUCIDOL), filler, accelerator, curing agent (TRIGONOX), inhibitor, and additive. Weigh the resin according to a certain proportion and pour it into a mixing bucket for stirring. Then, add the ingredients to the mixing container in sequence and stir for a few minutes. Quickly take samples for testing. The environmental temperature during the entire batching process should be controlled within the design temperature range, and the prepared mixed resin should be stored at this temperature.

2. Adhesive

Firstly, prepare the sealing head for the lining material to be laid, and then pour the prepared mixed resin into one end of the lining material. Use equipment to press and glue it, and finally observe and confirm that the lining material is soaked with glue. At the same time, use a vacuum pump in the unpolished area to evacuate and ensure that the lining material is soaked with glue. According to the folding of the pipeline to be repaired, place it on the transport vehicle and store it below the design temperature. The ambient temperature for material compaction should be controlled within the range required by the resin formula.

4、 CIPP flipping lining on-site construction

1. On site construction process flow

2. Dredging and dredging - water blocking - pipeline cleaning - pipeline inspection - building a flipping tower (or conveying roller) - hoisting lining materials and flipping with water - connecting boiler equipment - installing inlet and outlet water pipes - heating and curing process - curing completed cooling materials - cutting off pipe ends, treating pipe ends - CCTV inspection and acceptance - removing blockages and opening water



Lower the water level of the pipeline to be repaired to a low point, start the dredging work by pulling the chamber, remove most of the silt, and then perform high-pressure water cleaning.

3. Comprehensive water blocking

The tool used is: imported pipeline water blocking airbag;

Auxiliary tools: 5KW gasoline generator, air pump, gas meter, air pipe, gasoline pump (3-inch), hose.

Water blocking point: Use airbags to block the water at the upstream wellhead of the pipeline to be repaired, and temporarily adjust the water after the gasoline pump is used to block the water. The specific location will be determined based on the design plan of the pipeline that needs to be repaired.

4. Cleaning before pipeline repair

The high-pressure water cleaning car enters from the upstream wellhead and moves towards the downstream wellhead for repeated cleaning until the pipeline meets the requirements for lining repair (cleaning standards require no stones or piles of mud). At the same time, CCTV pipeline inspection robot equipment enters from the upstream wellhead and monitors and cooperates with the high-pressure cleaning work between the pipelines to be repaired.

CCTV pipeline inspection equipment conducts pre repair inspections between pipelines to confirm that the lining repair conditions have been met. Require no internal collapse of pipelines, axial bending of pipelines less than 30 degrees, pipeline bends less than 50mm, and no steel bars or sharp protrusions inside the pipelines. For small-scale collapse, damage, and sharp steel bars in pipelines, local point repair methods need to be adopted in advance before repairing the inner lining.


6. Build a flipping tower (or conveyor roller) - hoist the lining material and flip it with water - connect the boiler equipment - install the inlet and outlet pipes.

7. Curing

Extract cold water from the flipping tower end and heat it through the boiler. Continuously add hot water at the end of the pipeline until the water temperature inside the pipeline is heated to the design temperature. The control of temperature and time is based on the resin mixed with ingredients and determined comprehensively by the curing experimental data. The gel time GT and curing time CT of mixed resin curing, the time difference Δ T between CT and GT, as well as the activity index of APP curing agent, the diameter, thickness, length and ambient temperature of the material directly affect the control of temperature and time during the repair and curing process of the material.

8. Curing completed cooling lining material

After curing is complete, the material lining should be slowly cooled. You can replace hot water with cold water or cool naturally. Choose different methods according to specific engineering needs.

9. Cut off the tie at the pipe opening and apply quick drying cement to the opening

Pneumatic cutting tools are required for the removal of nozzle ties; Use quick drying cement to wipe the mouth of the pipe.

10. CTV testing and acceptance

Inspection content: Repair the overall condition of the lining, the roundness of the pipeline, and the smoothness of the pipe wall. After completing the inspection of the above items, if any problems are found, measures should be taken in a timely manner to ensure the high quality of the repair project. Record and provide video materials to Party A.
