Overview

The imported viscometer can be installed in the production process to continuously detect the temperature and viscosity of viscosity. Our technology is based on simple and stable electronic concepts. Two sets of coils move a miniature piston back and forth under the action of a continuous electromagnetic force. The technical circuit analyzes the time it takes for the piston to move back and forth, in order to measure viscosity.

The SPC/L321 probe is an embedded viscometer that can be installed in the production process to continuously detect the temperature and viscosity of viscosity. Our technology is based on simple and stable electronic concepts. Two sets of coils move a miniature piston back and forth under the action of a continuous electromagnetic force. The technical circuit analyzes the time it takes for the piston to move back and forth, in order to measure viscosity.

The flow guide device located above the piston guides the liquid into the measurement chamber, and the piston continues to move to continuously update the sample, while mechanical friction continuously cleans the measurement chamber. A built-in RTD temperature measurement probe that measures the temperature of the measurement room in real-time.

Imported viscometerCan be directly immersed into the mixture in the tank or a container. This type of in tank probe can continuously and accurately measure the viscosity of the mixture, while tracking the reaction.

Capable of measuring 13 different viscosities within the viscosity range of 0.2-20000 CP or equivalent CST. The maximum flow velocity of the probe head is 10 feet per second (3 meters per second).

Explanation: All ATEX probes are SPL, with L representing the hard wire and C representing the connector.
