Product Details
The VISILab PVT system, developed by CVI and in collaboration with Schlumberger for over 15 years, has received high praise from customers. This system is designed to simulate the formation petroleum environment and test the viscosity of fluid samples such as petroleum, crude oil, heavy oil, natural gas, and natural gas condensates under high temperature and high pressure conditions. Only 6ml of sample is needed, and the Viscolab PVT system provides accurate, stable, and reproducible measurement data. Integrated laptop and easy-to-use operating software, convenient for testing control and data analysis processing.
1、 Application scope
The Viscolab PVT high-temperature and high-pressure viscometer is widely used in fields such as petroleum exploration, core analysis, state behavior research, and special fluid testing. Mercury free design, combined with Viscopro 2000 controller and SPL440 probe, and equipped with high-pressure fluid management system, including two configurations of water cooling circulation system and air circulation system.

The Viscolab PVT system includes advanced 440 probes, external water-cooled temperature control structure, built-in temperature probes, etc., which can be operated through a simple user interface. The system also comes with a set of tools for sample processing, system cleaning, or calibration.

Utilizing innovative electromagnetic coils to drive pistons for precise measurement of sample viscosity in the measurement chamber.
