CC/CV priority function effectively suppresses current overshoot
The IT-M3140 series has CC/CV priority function, which can help users solve various harsh problems in long-term testing applications. By changing the CC/CV priority and loop speed settings, users can obtain voltage high-speed mode or current no overshoot mode, making testing more flexible. Since it is suitable for laser testing that is sensitive to current, it can also meet the application scenarios of rapid voltage drop.

Nine protection modes to enhance testing security
To further enhance the reliability and safety of product testing, the IT-M3140 series offers 9 protection modes. On the basis of traditional over/under voltage, over/under current, and over power protection, additional Fold back, Inhibit, and Sense reverse protection functions have been added. This not only effectively reduces the overshoot during power mode switching, but also avoids test abnormalities caused by sense misconnection or leakage. Combined with Inhibit output prohibition/interlock function, the test is safer and more reliable.
Stable and reliable power output
The IT-M3140 series DC power supply provides stable and reliable power output for various tested objects. When the grid voltage fluctuates or the load changes, the power supply can still maintain high output stability. Compared to the traditional power supply with a power regulation rate of 0.01%, the IT-M3140 series can achieve a maximum power regulation rate of 0.001%, which is 10 times higher than traditional DC power supplies. It is widely used in research institutes, medical, communication modules, and semiconductor applications that require high power supply stability.
LIST mode simulates various power supply disturbance waveforms
The IT-M3140 series provides LIST programming mode, in which users can generate any DC voltage disturbance waveform by setting parameters such as the number of work steps (max100 steps), output voltage/current per step, single step duration (0.001s-3600s), rise and fall slopes, etc. For example, when the voltage drops instantly or rises slowly, it can comprehensively verify the anti-interference performance of DC power loads, and is suitable for testing products such as DC-DC power modules, motor drivers, and battery powered household appliances.
High speed dynamic recovery time (<1ms)
The IT-M3140 series has high-speed dynamic response characteristics. When external loads fluctuate, the power supply can quickly restore stability within<1ms, making testing more reliable.
