The IT-M3137E high-power density programmable DC power supply $r $n7 adds Fold back, Inhibit, and Sense reverse protection functions on the basis of traditional over-voltage/undervoltage, over-current, and over-power protection. It not only effectively reduces the overshoot during power mode switching, but also avoids test abnormalities caused by sense misconnection or leakage. Combined with Inhibit output prohibition/interlock function, it makes testing safer and more reliable.

The IT-M3140 series high-power density programmable DC power supply is a product that integrates high stable output, high-speed dynamic response (<1ms), 9 protection functions, and LIST programming mode. Within a small volume size of 1/2 2U, it provides output capabilities of 30V~1200V, 1850W&3000W, meeting applications in fields such as power tools, electric bicycles, drones, power modules, and semiconductors. This series of power supplies supports three output modes: CC/CV/CP, with CC/CV priority setting function, which can meet the user's demand for voltage speed and reduce current overshoot. It is a DC power supply device with strong compatibility and adaptability to DUT. The entire series comes standard with USB/LAN communication interfaces, which can be easily controlled and stored remotely with ITECH's free upper computer software.
