Working principle of measuring instrument: The measured workpiece (placed on the workbench) is illuminated by LED surface light or contour light (inside the base), and the measured part image is captured by the zoom objective lens and the color CCD camera cover. It is then transmitted to the computer and display through the S terminal. The software uses the video crosshair generated on the display as a reference to aim and measure it. The optical ruler is driven by the workbench to move in the X and Y directions, and the coordinates of each point in space are taken. The measurement coordinates are then transferred to the computer through an adapter card for geometric calculations, completing various data measurement tasks.
