Note: This instrument needs to be in a long-term power on standby aging state If taking a long vacation, you can choose to continue powering on and standby for aging, or turn off the power and shut down After normal work, it is necessary to turn on the power and wait for aging In standby aging mode, simply turn on the main power switch behind the instrument.

1、 Instrument startup sequence:

1. First, turn on the computer, then open the hydrogen software on the computer and enter your username and password. Username: 1

2. Turn on the power supply of the balance again, and the device host will connect to the computer. The software interface will display that the collector and balance are successfully connected. If they are not connected, it will display that the collector and balance have failed to connect.

3. Observe the connection status between the collector and the balance in the software interface Observe that the hydrogen voltage is normally around 0.8-1.1

4. Turn on the chiller, and the water pressure indicator light on the instrument panel will light up to prove that the chiller is working properly. Adjust the pressure of argon and nitrogen to 0.4MP. The pressure adjustment of these two gases must not exceed 0.5MP. There is no need to adjust the knob on the pressure reducing valve every time the argon and nitrogen are turned on or off or replaced. Simply turn on and off the knob on the steel cylinder body each time

5. Turn on the pulse switch to enter the analysis mode First, check the operating status of the waste sample testing instrument. Testing the waste sample mainly involves examining the overall operating status of the instrument, including flow meters, pressure gauges, ammeters, whether the pulse furnace is heating, hydrogen signal voltage, and hydrogen curve data After the status of the waste sample testing instrument is normal, testing of standard samples or specimens can begin.

2、 Analysis process:

1. Weighing: After the balance stabilizes and returns to zero, weigh the sample. The weight of the standard sample should be 0.1 grams, and each weighing should be kept within a 0.05 error range After the circle appears in the lower right corner, it indicates that the balance has stabilized.

2. Enter weight: Press the (Enter) key to enter the weight of the sample.

3. Weight library: displays the measured weight.

4. Use specialized tweezers for graphite crucibles to pick up the crucible and place it on the lower electrode. If the fixed end of the crucible fits too tightly with the groove of the lower electrode plate, do not apply force to the crucible and place it straight.

5. Press the lift switch button to raise the lower electrode to the desired position.

6. Press the slider button to expose the feeding port, use tweezers to pick up the weighed sample and place it in the feeding port, then press the slider button to reset, and the feeding is complete.

7. Enter the tested sample number \ \ name

8. Press the analysis button to enter the analysis program and start the analysis. During the analysis process, pay attention to observing whether the various instrument indicators of the equipment are normal and do not leave the post.

9. After the analysis is completed, the computer displays the analysis results, while manually observing the oxygen and nitrogen analysis curves. If the hydrogen analysis curve does not reach zero, the shortest and longest analysis times in the currently used hydrogen channel can be manually adjusted (the shortest and longest analysis times increase before the peak reaches zero) - (the shortest and longest analysis times decrease when the peak exceeds zero) If the above analysis results need to be printed, they can be printed directly through a printer.

10. After 10 seconds of analysis, press the lifting switch to lower the electrode. Use tweezers to remove the crucible and observe if the outer crucible is broken. If it is broken, replace the outer crucible in a timely manner. The inner crucible must be replaced with a new one for each sample analyzed. (The inner crucible cannot be reused)

3、 Equipment shutdown sequence:

1. Turn off the pulse switch on the front panel of the instrument

2. Turn off the body knob on the argon/nitrogen steel cylinder (The pressure reducing valve knob on the steel cylinder cannot be closed)

3. Turn off the chiller (press the stop button) At this point, the instrument enters a standby aging state, and the next time it needs to be tested, simply repeat the startup operation procedure Wipe the equipment and clean the site.
