The equipment adopts a dual column structure with oil cylinders placed underneath, and a high-strength screw and cast steel body form a stable frame, effectively reducing operational vibration. The hydraulic system is equipped with an imported low-noise gear pump, with a working pressure of 25MPa, and is matched with a servo valve to achieve stepless speed regulation loading of 0.2-50mm/min, accurately matching the testing requirements of different welding rods. The measurement and control core adopts high-precision force sensors and photoelectric encoders to collect real-time test data and convert it into load displacement and stress-strain curves. The software automatically calculates key indicators such as tensile strength and yield strength.
The operating end is equipped with Windows system specific software, which supports editing multiple standard test processes such as ASTM and AWS. The test results can be exported to Excel reports and printed, meeting CNAS certification and data traceability requirements. In terms of safety design, it is equipped with triple protection of overload stop, mechanical limit, and emergency stop button to avoid the risk of sample fracture and splashing.
