Not only can it automatically calibrate pressure transmitters, but it can also automatically calibrate pressure switches. The calibration time for single point switches is about 2 minutes, and the calibration time for double point switches is about 4 minutes. The tripping and resetting points of the switch can be automatically tested without human intervention during the verification process.

Built in HART function, the calibration bench can display all HART parameters and perform functional operations related to the calibration transmitter on one screen, making it very convenient to use. The external precision pressure calibrator displays and operates HART parameters on two pages.

The gas-liquid boundary point conforms to the convention of 300psi, and the gas-liquid boundary point is 2.5MPa or 1.6MPa. Ensure the calibration accuracy of low-pressure range instruments.

Set up the sewage function, so that sand, dirt, and other substances brought in by the calibration meter can be discharged from the sewage outlet.

Install a gas-liquid separator on the pressure table to ensure the accuracy of the pressure sensor.
