Overview

Renal tubular epithelial cells play an important role in the functioning of the kidney. They can almost reabsorb glucose and amino acids, and renal tubular epithelial cells can produce inflammatory mediators including cytokines and chemokines, and actively participate in the acute inflammatory process by producing IL-8 to influence and guide the differentiation of white blood cells. Introduction to human renal epithelial cell line
