XDV-300A Hot Deformation Vicat Softening Point Temperature Tester,The sample holder of this instrument adopts a high-strength design to ensure that there is no slight deformation under maximum load; Using low coefficient of expansion materials with complementary coefficients of expansion to ensure that the test results are not affected by thermal expansion during the heating process. The thermal deformation test adopts standard spans of 64mm and 100mm, respectively. Different length specimens automatically adapt to different spans, making it very convenient to use. Switching between thermal deformation test and Vicat test can be achieved by replacing the needle and indenter.
The temperature measurement adopts a high-precision platinum resistance temperature sensor installed in the center of the fuel tank. The temperature signal is collected using a 24 bit AD converter and processed through digital and analog filtering. The temperature is calibrated again at the control end to ensure accurate and stable temperature acquisition. Using a 3KW3U heater and a laboratory impeller stirrer, the heating oil is directed and rapidly circulated inside the tank to achieve uniform temperature inside the tank. The temperature control uses an improved PID heating algorithm to ensure that the heating rate meets the standard requirements at every moment of the experimental process.
The displacement measurement adopts a digital dial gauge or micrometer with a digital communication port. The gauge is calibrated by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and the measured value is uploaded to the control system in real time. During the test process, the displacement is automatically judged, and the test process is automatically stopped and the results are saved when the set data is reached.
During the experiment, temperature and various gauge data are automatically recorded every 10 seconds. After the experiment is completed, these data can be saved to the FLASH memory of the control system, and the test results can be browsed at any time or exported in EXCEL format through a USB flash drive. The data can be analyzed and test curves can be created using a PC. The device comes with a micro printer that can print out the browsing test results.
Adopting a color touch screen human-machine interface, the main interface intuitively displays various scale data, temperature data, and experimental parameters, and each scale can be independently enabled or disabled. There are buttons for "Start Experiment", "Save", "Browse", and "Calibrate". The buttons enabled during the experiment will have flashing text prompts. After the experiment is completed, the test results will be displayed directly, and it will be convenient to save, browse, print, and export the test results to a USB drive.
The equipment has * protection and prompt functions. After the test is completed, the heating operation will automatically stop. If the temperature limit is exceeded, an alarm will be triggered and the machine will stop. Real time monitoring of the communication between the gauge data and temperature data will be conducted to ensure normal operation. If the data flow is interrupted, an alarm will be triggered and a prompt will be given for inspection.
This model adopts a desktop structure and comes standard with 3 workstations. We can customize multi station models for users.
