Unlike traditional universal prototyping machines, which can only produce bar shaped and dumbbell shaped samples and can only produce dumbbell shaped samples corresponding to templates. Secondly, its accuracy is very high, with a machining error of only 0.05mm whether cutting splines or milling dumbbells. Moreover, it is not limited by the shape of the sample, and can be machined as long as it can be clamped onto the platform. For example, dumbbell shaped samples can be directly cut from a large plate, splines can be cut from any position of the plate, splines that do not meet size requirements can be milled, and shaped materials can be machined into flat plates.

7 Software Functions

7.1 Dumbbell shaped sample preparation procedures covering all common materials can be completed by selecting the corresponding procedures to produce the corresponding samples.

7.2 Rectangular spline block production function, suitable for producing impact splines, thermal deformation splines, Vicat splines, and other specifications of rectangular specimens.

7.3 The notch sampling function allows multiple samples to be stacked on the platform and processed simultaneously. By changing the cutting tools, different specifications of notches can be machined.

7.4 Board cutting function, cutting larger boards.

7.5 Milling flat and vertical functions, used to process irregular materials and partially removed materials from the entire machine into flat plates, and then process them into the required samples.
