Function

Measure the tensile or peel properties of plastic materials that have just been heat sealed or heat bonded.

Principle

Control the hot head to the preset temperature; Automatically heat seal or adhere the sample according to pressure and time; After the heat sealing or hot bonding is completed, immediately conduct a tensile or peel test after a predetermined period of time.

The heat sealing (hot bonding) instrument and tensile machine are integrated into one, which can perform heat sealing, hot bonding, stretching, tearing, and peeling tests separately, and can also achieve the integration and automation of heat sealing (hot bonding) and stretching tests.
