The DZL boiler is a horizontal three return water fire tube boiler. There are rows of water-cooled wall tubes on both sides of the furnace, and two sets of tube bundles are arranged inside the drum to form two return loops. This type of boiler has sufficient heating surfaces and is equipped with tail heating surface economizers. Equipped with drums and induced draft fans for mechanical ventilation. Layered combustion. Coal has a wide adaptability and good smoke reduction effect. Equipped with a medium resistance high-efficiency cyclone dust collector, the smoke and dust emission concentration meets the environmental protection requirements of Class II areas. The smoke passes through the combustion chamber at the upper part of the rear arch, and then enters the front smoke box through the smoke chamber of the rear shed. It is then folded into the second beam from the front smoke box to the rear smoke box, and is drawn into the flue, dust collector, and chimney by the induced draft fan before being discharged into the atmosphere. The boiler has a high level of automation, with automatic adjustment of boiler feedwater, high and low water level alarms, low water level interlock protection, and interlock protection for the intake and exhaust fans. Complete supporting auxiliary equipment.

Working principle

Arrange a bundle of threaded smoke pipes inside the drum. There are light tube water-cooled walls installed on both sides of the furnace. Adopting a lightweight block grate, equipped with a blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation.
After the fuel falls onto the grate and is fully burned in the furnace, the flame enters the rear of the main body through the flue gas channel in the middle furnace wall. It then turns from the two sides of the combustion chamber to the front smoke box, and then returns to the boiler tube bundle from the front smoke box. It enters the dust collector through the rear smoke box and is then drawn by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney and discharged into the atmosphere
