RFS 200S can maintain long-lasting online accuracy, long service life, and wide range of measurement.

The principle of tension measurement is based on the radial tension value acting on the bearing being transmitted to the sensor.

This force is determined by the geometric structure of the winding and the magnitude of the tension on the line.

• Not affected by any possible axial tilt torque.

The force directly acts on the shaft.


This measurement principle enables the sensor to have high sensitivity and excellent performance. The force acting radially on the bearing can produce small changes along the measured vector direction, causing elastic deformation of the load unit. This deformation amount is compared with the corresponding point of the pre recorded deformation standard scale and converted into the corresponding electrical value.
