High voltage wireless phase detectorProduct Introduction

High voltage wireless phase detectorUsed for grid connection or ring network core phase of two high-voltage lines. It can also be used for remote (long-distance) phase detection to determine whether the phase sequence color and phase sequence name are *. The instrument is suitable for live working on 5V~220kV AC transmission lines and secondary side live working, and has high-voltage electrical testing function. The instrument adopts wireless transmission technology, which is safe and reliable to operate, easy to use, and overcomes many disadvantages of wired phase detectors. And using GPS timing technology, two (or more) instruments can be separated by several hundred kilometers in phase.

working principle

The instrument consists of two machines, A and B, which can be used separately for short-range nuclear phase detection. During the close range nuclear phase, the X and Y transmitters send the measured data to the receiving host via radio. The receiving host calculates the phase difference between the two lines based on the transmitter data and determines whether they are in the same or different phases.

Both machine A and machine B can be used simultaneously for remote phase detection. When using a remote nuclear phase analyzer, two Y transmitters send measurement data to two receiving hosts, which are synchronously measured by GPS timing. The phase difference between the two hosts is calculated as the phase difference between the two lines to determine whether the two lines are in the same or different phase.

Safety Precautions

1. During on-site testing, operations should be carried out in accordance with the safety distance standards for high-voltage testing set by the power department.

2. The standard configuration is an insulated pole of 3 meters, corresponding to a voltage level of ≤ 220kV. If the measured line voltage is higher than 220kV, please use an insulated pole with a length greater than 3 meters.

3. When operating, do not hold the handle beyond the position of the insulating rod.

Attention: The transmitter uses a 3.7V rechargeable lithium battery, please do not replace other batteries.

Technical specifications

1. Phase difference accuracy: error ≤ 5 °.

2. Frequency accuracy: ± 0.1HZ.

3. The measurement range for cross voltage is 5V to 220kV.

4. The transmission line of sight for the transmitter and receiver is about 100 meters.

5. The distance between two GPS hosts during remote nuclear phase is 0.3 kilometers to 800 kilometers.

6. Real person voice prompts for measurement results and operation steps.

7. The 3.2-inch color screen displays the phase difference, frequency, vector diagram, and same or different phase results of two lines simultaneously, as well as information such as the number of GPS satellites, GPS timing status, and time.

8. Automatically shut down after 1 hour of no operation.

9. Both the transmitter and receiver are equipped with rechargeable lithium batteries and a 5V charger.

10. The host is equipped with an 18650 lithium battery with a capacity of 2500mAH. The transmitter is equipped with a 14430 lithium battery with a capacity of 450mAH.

11. Leakage current during high voltage measurement is less than 10uA.

12. The working power consumption of the transmitter is less than 0.1W, and the working power consumption of the receiving host is less than 0.3W.

13. Working environment: -35 ℃ -+45 ℃, humidity ≤ 95% RH.

14. Whole machine weight: approximately 7.5KG.

15. Instrument packaging dimensions: length 56cm * width 26cm * height 13cm * 2 pieces.

Instrument self-test

Connect the transmitter to the self-test test line as shown in the diagram. The transmitter will start, the buzzer will sound, and the red and green indicator lights will flash alternately. If the receiving host is turned on and displays the corresponding transmitter information in the close range nuclear phase mode, then both the transmitter and the host are working normally.

hint

(1) It is advisable for the distance between the two transmitters and the receiving host to be greater than 0.5 meters during self inspection. When the distance is less than 0.2 meters, only one transmitter may be connected while the host displays information from two transmitters. This phenomenon is normal and does not affect the use of the instrument. When both transmitters are powered on, the instrument display is not affected by short distances.

(2) There is a 2M resistor in the internal string of the self checking test line, and during testing, people who come into contact with the crocodile clip will not be electrocuted.

(3) When the self check test phase difference is about 180 degrees, reversing any self check line plug will result in a phase difference of about 0 degrees, and vice versa.
