The ion rod water treatment technology adopts pure physical methods to perform electric field polarization treatment on industrial and domestic water, which can effectively remove the widespread problems of scaling, bacterial and algal growth, and pipeline corrosion in various water systems,. Ionic rods change the physical structure of water molecules through the direct action of high-voltage electrostatic fields, so that the cations contained in water do not tend towards the reactor wall, thereby achieving the purpose of scale prevention. Due to the effect of electrostatic field, the binding between molecules can be disrupted in the scaling system, changing the crystal structure, promoting the looseness of hard scale, increasing the dipole distance of water, and improving the dissolution rate of scale, gradually peeling off and detaching the already formed scale, achieving the purpose of scale removal.
Water treated with static electricity obtains energy and generates reactive oxygen species, which form a highly corrosion-resistant oxide black film on the metal surface in a scale free system, reducing further corrosion of the metal. Reactive oxygen species also have strong bactericidal effects, effectively killing bacteria and algae while inhibiting their growth in circulating water bodies that continuously use ion rods.

The diameter of the pipeline for installing the ion rod shall not be less than 80mm. The installation position is shown in the figure
The installation direction of the ion rod should be relative to the direction of water flow
The installation location should be at least 2 meters away from the motor or pump, and at least 5 meters away from the high-voltage transformer
The power supply should have a good grounding terminal, and the controller should be installed in a dry and ventilated place
Pay attention to the PTFE protective layer on the surface of the ion rod during installation, any damage will affect the effectiveness of use
The ion rod is equipped with a dedicated connecting nut seat, and attention should be paid to the forward and backward directions when welding. Pay attention to whether the screw threads match during assembly
A large diameter and high flow circulating water system should be installed in parallel with multiple channels to meet the required treatment requirements, as shown in the diagram
