By using multiple techniques such as heating, vacuuming, and rotation, the rapid vaporization rate of volatile solvents can be improved to achieve rapid concentration. For different applications, multiple specifications of sample tube racks (4-96 positions) can be configured, with a single sample volume range of 0.5-500ml. Each sample tube is independently connected to a vacuum cover to eliminate the possibility of sample cross contamination.

The vacuum cover ensures that each sample tube has an independent vacuum flow path, and the contact between each sample tube and the vacuum cover is sealed with a silicone gasket. Silicone pads are removable, washable, and reusable. The vacuum cover has a heating function and can reach a temperature of up to 70 ℃. The heated vacuum cover can ensure that the vapor in the vacuum system will not condense and flow back to the sample tube, causing cross contamination. Vacuum caps come in various specifications and can be selected according to the specifications of the sample holder. Transparent and visible, able to observe the actual situation of vacuum pumping.

The oscillation platform has a rotational speed of up to 500rpm, which can cause the liquid sample in the sample tube to undergo intense vortex motion. The internal heating of the liquid is uniform, thereby preventing the liquid from boiling during evaporation; At the same time, the liquid is evenly distributed on the inner wall of the sample tube, increasing the gas-liquid contact area and improving the evaporation rate.
