1、 Product Introduction

Combined with deep learning algorithms, the system can efficiently process root image data, automatically extract various root phenotype parameters, and provide accurate data support for crop root research. Suitable for various crops such as wheat, rice, corn, soybeans, cotton, rapeseed, etc., widely used in research on stress resistance mechanisms, breeding acceleration, ecological research, and precision agriculture.
2、 Functional Features
1. High throughput lossless acquisition
A dedicated sensor based on CIS scanner is used to achieve distortion free and high-resolution acquisition of root images, with a resolution of 12900 px * 1 px.
High throughput collection: The collection time for a single sample is only 10 seconds, greatly improving research efficiency.
2. Automated analysis and data processing
Web software equipped with deep learning algorithms can accurately and efficiently extract key phenotypic parameters such as root number, maximum root length, total length, root angle, surface area, volume, biomass, etc.
Support the storage and management of raw image data, generate visual reports, and facilitate the organization of scientific research data
3. Intelligent Mobility and Multimodal Expansion
An AI vision robotic arm can be optionally selected to achieve intelligent autonomous movement in all directions and adapt to different experimental layouts.
Support optional RGB and multispectral cameras to achieve synchronous high-throughput measurement of aboveground plants and roots.
