The SEPBOX 2D-2000 two-dimensional high-throughput preparation chromatography system is suitable for the preparation, separation, and purification of complex compounds. It is a high-throughput technology that combines high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and solid phase extraction (SPE). After optimization, a complex sample can be separated within 24 hours.

After optimization, a complex sample can be separated within 24 hours. Through HPLC/SPE/HPLC fully automatic serial connection, 2000 milligrams of extract can be processed in one go, and the fraction collector is equipped with 12 movable shelves, each of which can accommodate 48 small bottles with a large volume of 60 milliliters.
High throughput drug screeningEquipped with professional software for method development, process control, data collection, and data analysis. The software is intuitive and the user interface is user-friendly. The polarity configuration option can be used for highly polar substances.
The benefits of using a two-dimensional Sepbox system are very obvious. The system can separate a natural product extract into nearly 600 fractions within 24 hours, providing a large amount of sufficient chemicals for structural analysis and screening of different target substances.
