SOTAX CE 7smart flow cell dissolution testerDetermination of drug solubilityIt meets the pharmacopoeial requirements of USP, EP, and JP, and is particularly suitable for the dissolution determination of insoluble compounds under low solvent dosage and leakage conditions. The instrument can be configured with different types of sample tanks for dissolution determination of various traditional and new dosage forms such as MR, CR and ER tablets, capsules, suppositories, powders, pills, APIs, implants, medical devices, ophthalmic preparations, drug eluting scaffolds, creams, gel, suspensions, microspheres, liposomes and nanospheres. The system can be configured in two modes: open system and closed system. The open system is suitable for formulations that require a large amount of dissolution medium to maintain leak conditions, while the closed system is suitable for formulations that require only a small amount of dissolution medium (such as 15ml) for testing (such as stent release formulations). According to the experimental needs, customers can choose to configure manual or automatic sampling, UV online detection, or configure a collector to collect samples for offline HPLC testing.
