Overview

The high-temperature resistant pressure transmitter uses a high-temperature resistant pressure sensor as the signal measuring element. The pressure of the measured medium is transmitted to the sensor through the heat dissipation structure on the transmitter. The high-precision signal processing circuit is located inside the stainless steel housing, which converts the sensor output signal into a standard output signal. The entire product has undergone strict testing and aging screening of components, semi-finished products, and finished products, with stable and reliable performance, enabling the product to work stably for a long time when used for pressure measurement in high-temperature media.

1、 Instrument Overview:

High temperature resistant pressure transmitterThe high-precision force sensitive chip using imported stainless steel isolation diaphragm is designed to measure pressure in sanitary environments. The flat membrane structure of the sensor can prevent blockage, scaling, and unhygienic conditions caused by viscous substances. It is suitable for environments with strict hygiene requirements. The membrane material is 316L, which has strong corrosion resistance and a wide temperature range of up to 120 ℃; The sensor connection interface is available in threaded, clamp, and flange types.

2、 Measurement principle:
High temperature resistant pressure transmitterResistors are formed using diffusion or ion implantation processes and connected to form a Wheatstone bridge. Pressure sensitive membranes are formed under the bridge using micro machining techniques. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure is generated. We add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, which produces an output of a DC voltage signal. After a secondary conversion circuit, achieve a two-wire system with 4-20mA output.

3、 Applicable occasions:
The pressure transmitter is an integrated stainless steel plane membrane structure, specially designed for food, medical, pharmaceutical and other health industries. The sensor interface has clamp type, M27 × 2, and flange type options. The sensor plane membrane structure prevents scaling, unsanitary and viscous liquid blockage. Widely used in process control fields such as food, pharmaceuticals, and brewing. Its industry applications include the following:

13. Load impact: As long as the voltage of the input transmitter is higher than 12V, there is no load impact in the load working area;
14. Installation position impact: The maximum zero position error that can be generated is not greater than 0.25kPa, which can be eliminated through calibration without affecting the measurement range; The relative rotation of the measuring body to the flange has no effect.

6、 Precautions for use:

1. When freezing occurs in winter, anti freezing measures must be taken for transmitters installed outdoors to prevent the liquid in the pressure inlet from expanding due to freezing volume, which may cause damage to the sensor.

2. When wiring, thread the cable through the waterproof joint (accessory) or flexible tube and tighten the sealing nut to prevent rainwater and other substances from leaking into the transmitter housing through the cable.
3. When measuring gas pressure, the pressure tap should be opened at the top of the process pipeline, and a sanitary transmitter should also be installed at the upper part of the process pipeline to allow the deposited liquid to be quickly injected into the process pipeline.
4. When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, a condenser such as a buffer tube (coil) should be connected, and the operating temperature of the transmitter should not exceed the limit.
5. Note that the pressure tube of the sensor should be installed in a location with minimal temperature fluctuations.
6. When measuring liquid pressure, the installation position of sanitary pressure transmitters should avoid the impact of liquid (i.e. water hammer phenomenon) to prevent sensor damage caused by overpressure.
7. When measuring liquid pressure, the pressure tap should be opened on the side of the process pipeline to avoid sedimentation and slag accumulation.
8. To prevent the pressure transmitter from coming into contact with corrosive or overheated media, and to prevent debris from depositing inside the conduit.
