The clamp diaphragm pressure transmitter is a series of differential pressure transmitters produced by using widely used and technologically mature capacitive sensor cores from abroad, and introducing a complete set of production processes and technologies from abroad. 1、 Instrument Overview:
Clamp diaphragm pressure transmitterUsing high-performance pressure-sensitive chips, combined with * circuit processing and temperature compensation technology, pressure changes are converted into linear current or voltage signals. The product has HATR communication, communication and self diagnostic functions. Users can use handheld terminals or fieldbus systems to remotely transmit, read, display and input all working information and additional information of the transmitter. It can be used to measure gauge pressure, negative pressure, and absolute pressure.

2、 Measurement principle:
Clamp diaphragm pressure transmitterThe principle is that a capacitor is composed of a measuring film and electrodes on both sides of the insulating film. When the pressure on both sides is not equal, it causes displacement of the measuring diaphragm, and the displacement is proportional to the pressure difference. Therefore, the capacitance on both sides is unequal. Through oscillation and demodulation, it is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure, and then converted into a standard electrical signal through temperature compensation and linear correction.
3、 Applicable signals:
The main structure of the pressure transmitter is the same as that of the pressure transmitter. In order to meet different installation requirements, this series of transmitters has multiple forms of remote transmission devices for users to choose from. This product is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, food, papermaking, and municipal engineering.
1. Viscous media at high temperatures;
2. Medium that is prone to crystallization;
3. Settling media with solid particles or suspended solids;
4. Strong corrosive or highly toxic media;
Can eliminate the occurrence of pressure pipe leakage and pollution of the surrounding environment; It can avoid the tedious work of frequently replenishing isolation fluid due to the instability of measurement signals when using isolation fluid.
5. Continuous measurement of interface and density;
The remote transmission device can avoid the mixing of different instantaneous media, thus enabling the measurement results to truly reflect the actual situation of process changes.
6. Places with high hygiene and cleanliness requirements;
In the production of food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, not only is it required that the contact area of the transmitter with the medium meet hygiene standards, but it should also be easy to rinse to prevent cross contamination of different batches of media.
4、 Performance characteristics:
1. The indication is novel, the reading is intuitive, eye-catching, and the direction of the observation indicator can be changed according to the user's needs.
2. Simple structure: without any movable or elastic components, therefore reliable and requires minimal maintenance.

4. Easy adjustment: The zero position and range potentiometers can be used to freely shift the zero position or change the range within the effective range of liquid level detection, and the two adjustments do not affect each other.

11. Installation position: The diaphragm is not installed vertically, which may result in a zero point error of less than 0.24KPa, but it can be corrected by adjusting the zero point.

6、 Attention to application process matters:
1. When measuring liquid pressure, the installation position of the flange level transmitter should avoid the impact of the liquid (i.e. water hammer phenomenon) to prevent damage to the sensor due to overpressure.
2. When a single flange liquid level transmitter freezes in winter, anti freezing measures must be taken for outdoor transmitters to prevent the liquid in the pressure inlet from expanding due to freezing and causing damage to the sensor.
3. When wiring, thread the cable through the waterproof joint (accessory) or flexible tube and tighten the sealing nut to prevent rainwater and other substances from leaking into the transmitter housing through the cable.
4. When measuring liquid pressure, the pressure tap should be opened on the side of the process pipeline to avoid sedimentation and slag accumulation.
5. To prevent the flange liquid transmitter from coming into contact with corrosive or overheated media, and to prevent slag from depositing in the conduit;
6. When measuring gas pressure, the pressure tap should be opened at the top of the process pipeline, and the flange level transmitter should also be installed at the upper part of the process pipeline to allow the deposited liquid to be quickly injected into the process pipeline.
7. Attention should be paid to installing the pressure tube of the sensor in a location with minimal temperature fluctuations;
8. When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, a condenser such as a buffer tube (coil) should be connected, and the operating temperature of the transmitter should not exceed the limit.

8、 Ordering Notice:

2. The numbers and symbols in the selection specification table must be filled in clearly and accurately.
