FOAMSCAN HTMPHigh temperature foam scannerDeveloped and produced by Teclis in France, it is used to characterize the characteristics of foam produced by injecting gas into liquid through porous media under high temperature and pressure experimental conditions, such as foaming property and stability, foam size and distribution, etc. The experimental temperature is as high as 120 ° C and the experimental pressure is as high as 8 bar.
FOAMSCAN HTMPHigh temperature foam scannerEquipped with a three walled glass cylindrical tube to control temperature (optional circulating bath) and pressure. The tube can also be equipped with electrodes to measure the liquid content of water-based foam through real-time conductivity.
FOAMSCAN-HTMP can provide a second foam tube equipped with a prism, which can analyze the size and distribution of bubbles under atmospheric pressure and up to 90 ° C.
The software controls the gas flow and injects the gas into the liquid to produce foam. The real foam volume and liquid volume can be obtained by tracking and analyzing the foam image in real time with the CCD camera, and the results can be saved as photos or videos.
Measurement and calculation data:
-Foam volume
-Liquid volume
-Water content of foam
-Gas flow rate
-Temperature
-Pressure
-Conductivity of foam
-Gas volume
-Foaming ability
-Foam stability
-Stability of liquid in foam
-Foam density
Features:
1. The optical foam detection system is adopted, and the results are accurate and reliable
2. Three layer jacket foam sample tube is provided to ensure the safety of the whole test process
3. Temperature range: Room temperature~120 ℃
4. Fully automatic measurement, cleaning function (optional)
Technical Specifications:
